At Restaurant Paustian we cook Danish food, based on the rich and varied Danish tradition. A contemporary kitchen, which contrary to common belief, is healthy with lots of vegetables, fish and meat.
Everything is homemade from fresh produce, at least 90% of these are Danish and we prepare them with maximum care and according to the correct craftsmanlike principles.
The menu is "á la carte" , so you can choose exactly what you want the most. The price is the price, devoid of hidden suplements.
Our staff are skilled cramtmen, both in kitchen and restaurant, with great knowledge , insight and experience.
