First Sunday of each month we serve brunch from 10.30 AM to 3 PM. Next time will be on Sunday June 3th. The brunch is served at your table and everything is of course homemade.

Bonfire and Midsummer Eve menu
Restaurant Paustian invites you to a bonfire in the harbour on Saturday June 23th. For this evening we have composed a special Midsummer Eve menu (we only serve this menu):
Starter
White asparagus with smoked salmon mousse, lemon vinaigrette and herbs
Main course
Roast poussin with green asparagus and cauliflower, bacon and herb butter
Dessert
Profiteroles with vanilla cream and fresh strawberries

Ps. If the weather permits, we will fire up the barbecue and grill sausages and we will also serve cold beer on the pier.
